In the period 2012 to 2016, NPLH will build up a knowledge center to make the information collected for the organisation publicly available. The subject terrains will be the same as those of the research projects.

The main objective of this knowledge center will be to make academic, impartial and objective information available to everyone who can use it to prevent ICA cases from happening, to solve cases, or to provide support to victims. The central theme behind making this information available is to enforce children’s rights and the best interest of the child at all times, and help ensure the protection of human rights.

The knowledge center will have the following tasks:

  1. Provide knowledge of academic level to decision makers, experts and individuals;
  2. Develop academic specialisation programs for professional ICA related studies;
  3. Provide objective recommendations to institutions and decision makers.
