No Place Like Home (NPLH) is a foundation registered in the Chamber of Commerce of Delft, the Netherlands. It was founded in June 2009 as the Dutch Stichting Oost West, Thuis Best (OWTB). Since its creation, it aspired to improve the situation for victims and potential victims of international child abduction (ICA). The foundation’s objective is to protect the best interest of the child first, and to improve the situation for other victims in the second place.

The foundation has obtained the ANBI (Algemene Nut Beogende Instelling) non-profit status for serving the general benefit from the Dutch tax office from the date of its creation. This status requires the foundation to live up to strict regulations ensuring its durability, social and financial responsibility, and its operation in line with legal obligations.
